This movement and dance workshop offers a space of exploration where the body becomes a site of memory, resistance, and presence.
Through improvisation, rhythm, breath, the question of dispossession of the self, and the erasure of one’s being while remaining visible, the workshop interrogates notions of erasure, trace, vulnerability, and transmission.
By engaging the body as a living archive, participants will be invited to explore the memories embedded in gestures, silences, tensions, and movement pathways.
Between individual experiences and collective resonances, movement becomes an act of resistance, affirmation, and reclaiming of the self.
Open to both dancers and non-professionals, this workshop encourages deep listening to the body, presence, and sensitive experimentation within a space of sharing and collective creation.
