Code of Conduct – Kuyum Tanzplattform
We want to create a festival where everyone feels welcome, safe, and valued – whether on the team, on stage, or in the audience.
This Code of Conduct applies to everyone: participants, artists, workshop facilitators, and staff.
- Treat each other with respect
Treat one another professionally and respectfully. Look out for each other and respect other people’s privacy.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination & harassment
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated at Kuyum.
This includes in particular:
- Sexual harassment
- Racism
- Sexism
- Homophobia and transphobia
- Discrimination based on disability, religion, age, origin, nationality, or other personal characteristics
- Respect personal boundaries
Respect personal boundaries.
“No” means no – and even without words, people can make it clear that they do not want certain touches or advances. Pay attention to such signals and respect them.
- Together for a safer space
Help create an open, inclusive, and safe atmosphere where all people are treated with dignity and respect.
- Reach out – we are here for you
Please contact a member of the Kuyum Dance Platform team (or the Awareness Team) if you notice anything, if you have any problems or questions, or if you need support.
We are here for you, just talk to us!
