A unique opportunity to explore dance and movement as a potential mediator for the healing of family history, inherited & trans generational pain/trauma, generational gap, prejudice towards age and body size, celebrating identity & sexuality, but above all dance as a practice of the powerful bonding between mother and daughter. The workshop empower corporal expression and offers a mutual healing experience via Baladi Dance practise.
Mother & daughter need to make one registration together, stating age for both. Minimum age for daughters is 8 years old. No maximum age for daughters or mothers. This is a workshop that respects all kinds of abilities, and dedicates itself to fuse the young and adult dancing bodies in mutuality, support and balance.
