This workshop invites you to embark on a journey of discovery, exploring the interplay of senses and sensations, and playing with perception, space, and your own limits. Through movement and dance, you will explore the body’s diverse expressive potential, shaped by individual experiences and life paths. The focus is on discovering this wealth in a playful and creative way, exploring your own movement patterns and celebrating the joy of sensation.

Participants will learn to consciously perceive their own body, inner and outer space, and the dynamics of the group. Both beginners and advanced dancers will find an opportunity to share dance experiences and explore movement in a new way. Breathing, body weight and muscle tone are used to develop dance movements, stimulate imagination and create space for improvisation and interaction. This fosters a vibrant sense of community that brings the richness of life to life and strengthens presence in the moment.
